Se eleva la pierna extendida en la cual el paciente refiere dolor o parestesias, y se espera la aparici\u00f3n de alg\u00fan s\u00edntoma. Se puede sensibilizar la prueba provocando la dorsiflexi\u00f3n del tobillo o del hallux. Tener en cuenta que se debe considerar positiva con reproducci\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas no m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los 60\u00ba, luego predomina la tensi\u00f3n de los m\u00fasculos isquiosurales.
