Para realizarla colocamos al paciente dec\u00fabito dorsal, con una flexi\u00f3n de rodilla de unos 30\u00ba. Ambas manos se son fijadoras-movilizadoras, ubicando una sobre la parte superior de la tibia, y la otra sobre el extremo inferior del f\u00e9mur.
