Su trabajo de oficina y h\u00e1bitos sedentarios, sumados a un <\/span><b>IMC de 31, diabetes tipo 2 y dislipidemia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, hab\u00edan provocado una serie de alteraciones musculoesquel\u00e9ticas visibles en la evaluaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica. Tras un an\u00e1lisis biomec\u00e1nico detallado, se confirm\u00f3 el diagn\u00f3stico: <\/span><b>cervicalgia mec\u00e1nica secundaria a mala higiene postural y sobrepeso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quiero compartir la experiencia de su rehabilitaci\u00f3n, para que quienes sufren molestias cervicales puedan comprender mejor c\u00f3mo abordarlas de manera efectiva.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Comprendiendo la cervicalgia mec\u00e1nica<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>cervicalgia mec\u00e1nica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es el dolor de cuello relacionado con alteraciones posturales, debilidad muscular o sobrecarga de estructuras cervicales. En pacientes con sobrepeso, el exceso de carga y la vida sedentaria pueden generar <\/span><b>p\u00e9rdida de lordosis cervical, hiperton\u00eda de trapecios y debilidad en musculatura profunda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esto provoca dolor constante, rigidez y dificultades para mantener la postura durante el d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el an\u00e1lisis biomec\u00e1nico revel\u00f3 que la alineaci\u00f3n cervical estaba alterada, lo que aumentaba la tensi\u00f3n sobre ligamentos y m\u00fasculos estabilizadores.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Fase aguda: alivio y descompresi\u00f3n cervical<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer objetivo fue <\/span><b>disminuir el dolor y la tensi\u00f3n muscular<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para ello, implementamos varias estrategias:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Descompresi\u00f3n cervical<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mediante t\u00e9cnicas manuales suaves y posturas de reposo adecuadas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Masoterapia descontracturante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para relajar trapecios y m\u00fasculos profundos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ejercicios respiratorios y relajaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que ayudaron a reducir la tensi\u00f3n global y la percepci\u00f3n de dolor.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante esta fase, era importante que el paciente comprendiera la relaci\u00f3n entre sus h\u00e1bitos posturales y el dolor, estableciendo conciencia corporal.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Fase subaguda: reeducaci\u00f3n postural y movilidad controlada<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con el dolor m\u00e1s controlado, iniciamos la <\/span><b>fase subaguda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, enfocada en restaurar la movilidad y mejorar la postura:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reeducaci\u00f3n postural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con ejercicios que ense\u00f1aban a mantener la cabeza alineada sobre el tronco, reduciendo la tensi\u00f3n en trapecios y cervicales.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Movilidad controlada de columna cervical y hombros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, respetando l\u00edmites de dolor.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Fortalecimiento inicial de m\u00fasculos profundos del cuello y esc\u00e1pula<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, esenciales para estabilizar la columna cervical.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo era que el paciente pudiera moverse con seguridad y disminuir la fatiga postural en actividades diarias.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Fase de fortalecimiento: core y estabilizaci\u00f3n cervical<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta etapa, incorporamos <\/span><b>trabajo de fortalecimiento progresivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Fortalecimiento de core y musculatura cervical profunda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fundamental para sostener la columna y mejorar la postura.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ejercicios combinados de estabilidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que integraban cuello, hombros y tronco, promoviendo una alineaci\u00f3n funcional.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Incremento gradual de intensidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, evitando sobrecarga y previniendo reca\u00eddas.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta fase permiti\u00f3 que el paciente recuperara fuerza, resistencia y confianza en sus movimientos cotidianos.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Fase de reintegro funcional: h\u00e1bitos ergon\u00f3micos y actividad supervisada<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La etapa final se centr\u00f3 en <\/span><b>consolidar los logros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y prevenir nuevas lesiones:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Plan de actividad f\u00edsica supervisada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, incluyendo ejercicios de fuerza ligera, movilidad articular y cardio de bajo impacto.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Recomendaciones ergon\u00f3micas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el trabajo: altura de pantalla, ajuste de silla, pausas activas cada 45-60 minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Seguimiento peri\u00f3dico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, controlando postura, dolor y adaptaci\u00f3n de ejercicios seg\u00fan evoluci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras 16 semanas, el paciente logr\u00f3 <\/span><b>reducci\u00f3n significativa del dolor, mejora de postura y mayor tolerancia al esfuerzo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cumpliendo los objetivos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Consejos pr\u00e1cticos para cuidar la cervicalgia en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda<\/b><\/h2><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporar <\/span><b>pausas activas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cada hora para estirar cuello, hombros y espalda.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantener <\/span><b>postura neutra de columna y cabeza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> frente al escritorio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizar <\/span><b>ejercicios de core y fortalecimiento cervical<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> al menos 3 veces por semana.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evitar permanecer en la misma posici\u00f3n por m\u00e1s de 60 minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consultar a un fisioterapeuta ante dolor persistente o rigidez progresiva.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos h\u00e1bitos ayudan a prevenir reca\u00eddas y promueven bienestar
